- The hemostatic composition is applied to the nonwoven material by immersing it in a special container
- Using special rollers, the fabric is pulled into the drying compartment, where it reaches the required humidity level under the influence of ultraviolet rays
- Ready for cutting material is cut by special knives into pieces of the required length and falls into a container in which it goes to the cutting tables

HIGHLY QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES
- Using special knives with a measuring ruler, our employees cut the material into strips of the required width. Then they are put into a sterile box and sent to the folding department.
- With the help of vacuum packers, the package is sealed, the bandage inside is tightly pressed. Finished products are sent to the radiation sterilization center

LICENSING
- After sterilization, hemostats go to the finished product warehouse, where the required number of samples is taken and sent to the laboratory center of the Ministry of Health
- Laboratory centre of the Ministry of Health conducts analysis for microbiological purity, gives its conclusion
