The hemostatic composition is applied to the nonwoven material by immersing it in a special container
Using special rollers, the fabric is pulled into the drying compartment, where it reaches the required humidity level under the influence of ultraviolet rays
Ready for cutting material is cut by special knives into pieces of the required length and falls into a container in which it goes to the cutting tables
2 Phase
Work of highly quality employees
Using special knives with a measuring ruler, our employees cut the material into strips of the required width. Then they are placed in a sterile box and sent to the folding (corrugating) department.
Using vacuum sealers, the package is sealed and the bandage is pressed tightly inside. The finished product is sent to the radiation sterilization center.
3 Phase
Licensing of finished products
After sterilization, the hemostats are transported to the finished goods warehouse, where the required number of samples is taken and sent to the laboratory center of the Ministry of Health.
The Laboratory of the Ministry of Health conducts an analysis for microbiological purity, gives its opinion.
